The data “footprints” we leave behind can be extremely personal and deeply intertwined with our offline lives. If we look at our Google Search histories, things like searches for ex-lovers, people that have passed away, strange moles, and other such intimate queries may surface. This project is a meditation on personal data and how it reflects and affects the ways in which we browse the web. It is a poetic visualizer tool to play/pause/rewind through Google search history data chronologically. You can try the app here.
