Ensure that there are no lingering assignments/ responsibilities. Procrastination is the opposite of meditation and will take away the presence of this experience.
Microdose. Prepare a light breakfast, shower... whatever personal care and well being activities feel right
Pack a bag - books, water, snack...
Go somewhere where creativity blossoms. Explore creative areas with stores selling music, books, art... go to a park to see nature, meditate, engage in conversation with people when possible
Be present. Notice the details of the world around you during the day. Bring some weed if it feels right to enhance the experience.
Write down important reflections throughout and after the day of the experience. This is the art of meaningful leisure.
