In some ways I feel like my love is an infinite resource, and I want to produce as much of it as I can, despite how nothing in life is free.
By giving all my love to everything and anything that needs it, I would have directly solved the central economic problem.
But yes perhaps as mentioned, the value of my love eventually gets diluted, when one looks in terms of scarcity rather than utility value.
In stepping out of fear and into the unknown, we must stop trying to predict patterns, as we search for past experiences to compare feelings to. In order to experience something completely new, we have to allow for something to unfold in its own way, without trying to control or predict it. It is to surrender. In this we allow for it to surprise us in a way that creates a new experience. And we begin to re-write a new story, a new self. And in here is where we begin to experience life in its infinite potential.
Try this combo (practice will take a total of ~1hr and 36 minutes):
introspection = awareness of the mind
interoception = awareness of the body
both introspection & interoception = awareness of the soul
