I transferred ownership of a bunch of my channels to a new account. I requested that the old account be deleted. When the old account was deleted, I lost all of the content and research from my old channels even though I transferred ownership of the channels.
I guess it's a mistake on my part but I had assumed transferring ownership would have ensured that I kept all my research from the old account. This was over a year of research and writing wiped out.
It'd be nice if there was a way to transfer ownership of the blocks with the channel.
It’d be nice if when you’re viewing a link’s block on mobile, it showed a thumbnail that’s a screenshot of the mobile version of the site.
When viewing the block on desktop it’s still show a desktop version of the site as the thumbnail.
In the perks section, there is the code for buying the Are.na annual book? Where can this be purchased?
(I realise this isn't exactly a bug or feature request, but wasn't sure where else to put it...)
