Amble is a magazine of carefully curated stories taken directly from locals, expats and regular travellers of Tokyo.
As the creative director and designer of Amble, I was responsible for the magazine's identity (including its name), its layout, and illustrations. The creative direction of the magazine was influenced by my own perspective of Tokyo – dense, layered, and full of secrets. The reading experience echoes the magazine's name with ever-changing layouts, playful illustrations, and small hidden details.
