"D+M is a research-based studio program that involves different technologies, but doesn't have to focus on them at all. Each student comes in with their own strengths and interests and direction, so each of us is carving out our own research topics and ideas. We have a lot of overlapping interests & tools, but overall there is no one medium or one concept we are all exploring. It's more like a shared resource hub for our own projects. You get out what you put in and you pick up a lot along the way."
