Imagine creating an energetic boundary or protective field around you, whilst also grounding into the earth beneath you, and strengthening from attention to your body's center. This way, you are grounded into your physical self before also exploring the digital self.
✦ Review and close all tabs —yes, even the ones you promise are useful and tell yourself you'll read later. If you wanted to, you would have already. If you really don't want to let certain content go just yet, write it down on your to-do list to revisit it. The point is to practice starting each digital adventure with a refreshed slate and headspace.
