Marinated eggs
To marinate your secrets
And give you quick easy comfort food
For tender times

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add vinegar for easier peeling.
Boil 6 eggs for 6 min.
After 6 min, place eggs in cold water to stop cooking.
Combine 1/2 c soy sauce, 1/2 c water, 1/4 c honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped chilli (or squirt in
some siracha), chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
Add eggs to marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with rice and kimchi, drizzle marinate sauce and sprinkle green onion/coriander + whatever else you enjoy
