What features would enhance trust?

I'm asking for opinions and ideas on how to design features in #manyverse or #patchwork that would bring forth aspects of Scuttlebutt that are unique to Scuttlebutt. Basically, right now we have some cultural practices taking shape, such as #crab-meet, # new-people, free listening, the trust-driven social graph, dev diaries, etc. How could we materialize these cultural practices as features? And specially, how can we do that in a multicultural way?

I'll start with two ideas I have, which are open for comments, and anyone can add further ideas to this thread.

The ideas:
1. New-People Screen

2. Hop-2 Usernames

3. Byte-Count For Each Profile
