In early 2016, the SurveyMonkey Marketing and Creative teams had enlisted the help of creative agency Eleven, to redefine and reinvigorate the SurveyMonkey brand. The business had evolved from it's humble beginnings in 1999 and after going through a difficult year with the sudden loss of beloved CEO Dave Goldberg in May 2015, the brand, the business and the team was ready to return with more energy and determination than ever before.
