We have coffee every morning, we compost the beans but it felt like a waste. We were wondering if it was possible to grow lentils microgreens directly in the used coffee grounds like you would with mushroom spores. It seems like the lentils don't mind the acidic soil. pic.twitter.com/cb2jGMqWGa
