navigating through a new self can be exhausting. there's a lot of back and forth with old narratives that used to be your default way of thinking, and with more abundant narratives that you are trying to embody. it takes practice and experience just as much, and so in those transition periods where you feel you are being tested, stay patient and compassionate with yourself. you will get there.
