Pork w/ Green Bell Peppers

Thinly sliced pork
Green bell pepper
Garlic
Rice wine (Mirin)
Soy sauce
Oyster saue
Salt
Sugar

In hot oil, throw in peppers and garlic until aromatic

Add in the pork and cook til 80% done

Stir in salt, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce

Stir fry til everything's cooked through

Serve over rice w/ Lao Gan Ma chili oil

Mushrooms with Vermicelli Noodles

What you need:

Wide rice noodles
Bella mushrooms
Brown/white beech mushrooms
Enoki mushrooms
1 inch ginger
1 bunch cilantro
Sesame oil
Lao Gan Ma chili oil
Soy sauce to taste
Splash of chicken broth
Dash of fish sauce
Umami powder
White pepper

Mince the ginger and chop up the cilantro stems

Heat a pan with sesame oil until it's hot and throw in the ginger and cilantro stems and fry until aromatic. Add all the mushrooms and sautée for a couple minutes. Then add the chili oil and fry until cooked through.

Meanwhile you should be boiling a pot of water for the rice noodles and cook them until soft. When cooked enough drain them, then run them under cold water in the strainer.

Add the noodles to your pan with the mushrooms
Then add the soy sauce, and chicken brother, fish sauce, white pepper, and umami powder. do this all to taste.

Top off with more cilantro

Mushrooms with Vermicelli

Lemongrass/Ginger Steak

Lemongrass (minced)
Ginger (minced)
Hoisin Sauce
Salt
Pepper

Marinate for at least 12 hours and grill til medium rare

Honey Lime Chicken w/ Veggies

For the sauce:
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup Honey
Garlic (3 cloves)
1 lime worth of juice
Black pepper

Chicken thighs (boneless)
Any preferred veggies. I like:
Zucchini
Okra
Red bell pepper

Grill the red bell pepper in the oven until its soft to your liking

Boil okra in water until soft

In a pan, heat some oil, then place the chicken in. Grill it until cooked.

Add the sauce and let it thicken

Throw in the okra and zucchini so it also gets coated in the sauce

Serve with rice. I like to plate the chicken and veggies on top of the half cut bell pepper

Swimming Rama

Ingredients:

For the sauce:
1/2 cup onion - finely chopped
3 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 cup peanut butter
Sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp water
Lime juice
1 teaspoon paprika

Fresh spinach
Chicken breasts

Steam the spinach for 15 seconds and quickly transfer onto a serving platter

Add chicken to boiling water, remove from the heat, and let stand, until the chicken is cooked all the way through

Prepare the peanut sauce

Drain the chicken, stir into the hot peanut sauce, and pour the mixture over spinach.

Chinese Green Beans With Ground Beef

Ingredients:
Green Beans - rinsed and ends cut off
Oil
Ground Beef
Garlic - minced
Ginger - minced
Sesame oil
Soy Sauce
Oyster sauce
White pepper
Chili oil

In a wok, heat oil on high and fry the green beans until they start to blister. Set aside

Heat the wok back up and throw in garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon. Drizzle in some sesame oil and cook through

Add the green beans and sauces into the wok with the meat

Season with chili oil

Usually good on rice with a fried egg
