My personal experience tells me healing trauma is an ongoing, collaborative process. Trauma exists in the body's relationship to the world, we have never been individuals. When you hurt, I hurt. Healing then becomes a collective remembering, a trail leading home. Healing is messy, and releasing trauma without access to safe spaces and the trusting embrace of a loving community becomes near impossible. If I am anything to you other than a friend, I wish to be that space. I commit to the growing, nurturing, and weaving of community spaces & rituals that are trauma informed & orientated towards our collective heart's center. My healing begins with my body, and ends with the whole world as body.
