Proposal: Performance Assessment Cards
The Performance Assessment Cards facilitate conversations between managers and employees that enable transparent communications and align on expectations. The cards can be used for regular 1-on-2 discussions between an employee and manager or team/group settings, such as staff meetings or team-building sessions.
The Performance Assessment Card is divided into four different category:
Getting to know you
Execution
Collaboration
Leadership
12 cards per category containing questions regarding to each area
Ex. Leadership: What can you do to motivate a team?
Art Direction
