“The Museum of Web Art was founded for the simple reason that excellence and innovation in this new, electronic medium must be made accessible to those who seek it, and displayed in an environment suited to its content.

“MOWA aspires to be a place not only of galleries and exhibits, but of education and enrichment; where people from all over can share their ideas and concerns in an effort to better understand the emerging global community in which they now reside.
