my routine has been eat, move, work on things that give me life, explore some of the wild stuff that’s happening right now, have a lot of calls with friends

wake up

cut up an apple and eat it
eat lunch (dinner leftovers from day before)
do meeting in spare bedroom around 1pm
work intermittently
more meetings

sometimes another meeting
work out
take a shower
make dinner with roommate / or listen to a podcast

leave my devices far away and read for a long time

go to bed

  • get up between 830 and 930
  • make tea or coffee and eat breakfast (sometimes wait for everyone)
  • shower, brush teeth
  • take a call in my room (1030 or 11)
  • work until lunch
  • cook lunch for everyone or be the recipient of someone's generosity
  • work amorphously for several more hours
  • start winding down between 6 and 7
  • start cooking or helping with dinner at 8
  • dinner at 9 or 930
  • wash up then fuck around until 1 am
