EXHIBITION PROMOTIONAL VIDEO | CAMPAIGN
For the launch of the temporary soundscape installation "Taciturnity" at MoMA there will be a campaign video to promote and elicit a level of inquiry and intrigue in the audience. This will be part of the digital based campaign to be featured on social media platforms and used for advertising purposes.
The stylistic treatment for the animation echoes an intensity and ambiguity about the emotional meaning of "silence" by revealing the tension of tangibility and intangibility. It considers the resonance of sand to create an atmospheric scape, but also, more importantly creates a link back to the concept common to the publication and installation design.
The sound is a nod to John Cage, it's a snippet of the music that will be present within the installation at MoMA.
