Dear Mario,
Hope this email finds you well.
Just wanted to give you a short brief of what we're looking for regarding the design guidelines.
Basically, ERIA's main product is our publications - we're divided into several research areas, and each division regularly has publications.
The publications are divided into these categories:
General Economic Division, which are categorized under three research pillars:
Deepening Economic Integration
Narrowing Economic Gaps
Sustainable Development
Energy Division
Healthcare
Environment (Marine Plastic Debris)
Agriculture
Our initial idea is to have a general design guideline for all of our publications, and then develop several color/pattern styles for each of the categories above. Of course, you are welcome to present other ideas.
Other than our publications, the Communications Department also regularly creates graphics such as event flyers, brochures, postcards, and other social media needs. We would also like to develop a guideline for our visual materials to be used offline and/or online.
I've attached some documents in this email. They should explain the complete categories of our publications and visual media outputs.
I've also attached some examples for your reference.
