I like to think of these prompts as doorways to new spaces.
Doing so draws my attention to the responsibility these prompts bear for earning the trust required for people to walk through them.
What’s something routine you’re going to do tomorrow (e.g. fill a cup with water) that you could do in a slightly different way? What might this little deviation be a useful reminder of?
When you think about a journey you see yourself as being on, is there someone in your life who you see as having a role/part in that journey? What about that “role/part” seems clear right now?
What might the generous and curious voice within you say to help balance out what you're currently hearing/thinking/feeling inside?
What might be a name you can give to the uncertainty you anticipate yourself needing to step into so that you can more effectively orient and move within it?
Before believing the voice that is saying, "You're not 'moving' fast enough," what might it look like to pause and ask: "Ok, what did you expect to see and feel by now?"
What is one experience/interaction/set of feelings/etc. that you can permit yourself not to converge on a meaning for, for right now?
