The past year, I notice that no matter how long and often I think Ive charged my laptop/phone, it still ends up low battery and dying so many times throughout the day. It's so frustrating, but honestly think thats a perfect metaphor for how I've also been operating.
But I'm tired of letting myself constantly reach low levels of energy and burning out. I want to rest until I feel 100% charged. I bought a power-bank to keep my phone charged throughout the day, and this makes me wonder: What is my version of a power bank? What systems can I create that will consistently recharge or keep me charged before hitting 10% or 15%? This also means a lot more checking in and being honest with myself on how my energy fluctuates, and knowing when to support myself with self-care vs pushing myself overboard.
