In dealing with others, one truth:

If they are not loving, they are fearful.

Any moment that someone is not acting loving, they are afraid.

So you just know that, you just see their fear. You don’t have to do anything about it. You don’t have to figure out why they’re afraid or try to make them not afraid. You can’t find a way around it, and urging it to be different will make you the hostile one. You simply see that they’re afraid, and know that it is so, because of the sheer fact that they are not loving. And you can just see them. Just be there, seeing without any judgment.
