Welcome to our typelists! Overwhelmed by the endless array of type options, we set out to create a friendly, snack-size sampling of typefaces. We’re curating collections of typefaces that embody the aesthetic of a time, place, or very specific artifact (a Tarantino film, vintage matchboxes, 80s heavy metal albums…) Visit typelist.upstatement.com for inspiration, reference, and fun.

To submit a Typelist, create and link a channel containing:

• A block with a description of your theme
• Visual references
• Any links to the typefaces you want to include
• A pangram you would like to use to set the type in

And we'll take care of the rest.
