<h3>How Can You Career?</h3>

Instructions for charting your careering waypoints.

(1) Roles 
• Write out Roles you want to discover. 
• Can also try writing Roles you don’t want to practice anymore. 
• We encourage drafting new names for your roles! Your understanding of what you do is unique to you! 
Set Timer for 2-3 min

(2) Environments 
• What environments do you want to spend more time in? 
• Where do you want to learn? 
Set Timer for 2-3 min

(3) Moral Compass 
• What are your guiding values? 
• How do you make decisions? 
• Pick 4 and draw on a compass 
Set Timer for 3-4 min

(4) Waypoints 
• Waypoints could be a role, a craft, an environment, or any other point you want to head towards as you career. 
• Start with marking where you are now, in whatever way feels best. 
• Chart out waypoints for as far out as you can until it gets hazy. 
Set Timer for 5-8 min
