The current, nascent, goal of this concept...
to empower the a generation of people who currently feel far from Urbit.

The concept is this.

• Myself and whoever want's to be involved, helps onboard a group of people who do not identify as developers onto urbit.
• They would be the first of idk how many cohorts.
• The announcment of the program could be evanglized at Assembly 2021.
• For next steps, there can be a draft design of how the program would operate.
• It could be socialized to the people listed in this post, and maybe others.
